From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'MarshPassage set out with a vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our pizzeria in 1985, a quaint, family-operated shop with a lineage of recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered pizza craft during her time across Italy, particularly with expert pizzaiolos in Naples – pizza's homeland. On returning to the UK, she aimed to emulate the essence of classic Italian pizza, sticking to original techniques and sourcing the highest grade ingredients.
Our small 12-seat pizza joint has expanded into a cherished community staple, though our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We maintain our traditional wood-fire oven baking, daily fresh dough preparation, and selecting only the finest components for our pizzas.
Presently, 'MarshPassage' is still under the ownership and direction of the Rossi family lineage, with the second generation leading our eager team. Despite adopting new advancements, our core—forging delightful, genuine pizzas that bring folks together—stays intact.
